Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Oudamor. We value your satisfaction and aim to provide high-quality products and customer service. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

Eligibility for Returns:

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
  • You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return.

How to Initiate a Return:

  • Contact us at admin@oudamor.com.au with your order number and the reason for the return.
  • Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address.

Return Shipping:

  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds

Processing Refunds:

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
  • We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

Refund Approval:

  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
  • You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Exchanges

Eligibility for Exchanges:

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at admin@oudamor.com.au with your order number and details about the product.

Non-Returnable Items

Exceptions:

  • Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned.
  • We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
  • Gift cards and downloadable software products are also non-returnable.
