Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
  • If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Delivery estimates depend on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days.

Domestic Shipping (Within Australia)

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-7 business days.
  • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1-3 business days.

International Shipping

  • We currently do not offer international shipping.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

  • You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • Oudamor is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

  • Oudamor is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Missing or Lost Packages

  • If you suspect your package is missing or lost, please contact us at admin@oudamor.com.au. We will assist you in locating your package and filing a claim if necessary.
